Ingredients
- 12 ounces carrot, sliced
- 1 ounce butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/4 ounce cilantro
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Add carrots to boiling pot of water and cook until tender, 12-15 minutes.
- Drain water. Stir in butter, garlic, chipotle powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Top with cilantro and serve!
