Ingredients
- 8 ounces scallops
- 1 ounce brown sugar
- 1 ounce bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 ounce sherry wine
Directions
- Heat skillet to medium-high, then add olive oil.
- Add scallops to hot pan. Cook 1-2 minutes per side (internal temperature of 145°F). Transfer scallops to plate.
- Add bacon and white portions of green onions to medium-high pan, cook 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Stir in sherry and brown sugar for 2-3 minutes until a sticky glaze forms.
- Remove from burner. Add scallops, coat, and then serve!
