At the start of every year, I undertake a goal-setting exercise. Typically I specify fifty or so goals, both personal and professional, and then track my progress throughout the year. For 2023, I set just one: wellness.
My approach evolved throughout the year, but recently I gave some thought to the core principles I've been following:

- Eat mostly plants.
- Exercise daily.
- Breathe through your nose.
- Limit social media.
- Do something creative.
- Always be learning.
