Ingredients
- 4 salmon filet(s)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Soak cedar planks in water for 1 hour.
- Pat salmon filets dry, then season all sides with salt, and black pepper.
- Stir the mustard and brown sugar into a paste and spread over non-skin side of salmon.
- Place cedar planks on grill using direct medium heat at 350°F to 400°F.
- Once the planks begin to char, turn them over and place the salmon on top, skin side down.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, then serve!
