Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 butter crackers, crushed
- 1 ounce sour cream
- 1 ounce mayonnaise
- 1 ounce caramelized onions jam
- 1/2ounce blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 ounce crispy fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Combine ground beef, crackers, sour cream, garlic salt, and black pepper. Form into six evenly-sized meatballs.
- Bake in oven at 425 for 25 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Combine caramelized onion, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Spread on top meatballs.
- Top with blue cheese and crispy onions. Serve!
