Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 ounces salsa
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10-count package soft flour tortillas
- 2 cups taco seasoned shredded cheese
Directions
- Cook hamburger.
- Drain grease, then add salsa, onion, and tomato sauce. Cook over low heat for a few minutes.
- Grease 9" x 13" pan. Line with 2-3 tortillas.
- Spread with half the sour cream.
- Add layer of tortillas.
- Add half of the meat mixture.
- Layer half of the cheese.
- Add layer of flour tortillas.
- Layer remaining sour cream.
- Add layer flour tortillas.
- Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and diced tomatoes. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Let stand a few minutes, then cut into squares.
