- Medium pot
Ingredients
- 12 ounces cauliflower florets, chopped
- 1 1.2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 ounce grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine ingredients in pot and boil over medium-high heat.
- Stir occasionally until water evaporates and cauliflower begins to sizzle on bottom of pot, 14-16 minutes.
- Remove from burner, add sour cream and parmesan cheese. Mash until creamy.
