Ingredients
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 2 ounces mozzarella, shredded
- 1 ounce butter
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Optional: 2/3 fluid ounce balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Halve tomatoes lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
- Place tomatoes cut-side up on sheet pan. Dollop butter into each tomato well, then top with mozzarella.
- Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Roast in oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Remove and plate. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over tomatoes. Serve!
