Ingredients
- 3 full-size carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 sprigs thyme, stemmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Place carrots on sheet pan. Toss with thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread into a single layer.
- Cook in oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve!
