Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1/4 pound roast beef, sliced
- 1 slice pepperjack cheese
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons butter
Directions
- Butter outer side of bread. Place one piece, butter side down, in skillet heated to medium-high.
- Add mustard, cheese, and roast beef. Top with remaining piece of bread, non-butter side facing down.
- Flip halfway through. Cook until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
