Ingredients
- 4 fluid ounces light cream
- 2 fluid ounces white cooking wine
- 1/4 ounces dried porcini mushrooms
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 6 chive sprigs, minced
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Place dried mushrooms in mixing bowl filled with hot water and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat skillet to medium-high. Remove mushrooms from water and finely chop.
- Add mushrooms, white portion of onions, and wine to pan. Stir occasionally until wine evaporates, 1-3 minutes.
- Stir in cream, chives, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cook until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from burner and serve!
