Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (118 grams) water
- 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 113 grams unsalted butter (1 stick), cubed
- 1/2 cup (118 grams) nonfat milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup minced chives
Directions
- Mix water, flour, salt, butter, and milk in stove-top pan.
- Heat on low 5 to 10 minutes, stirring with wooden spoon until it pulls away from pan sides.
- Remove from heat. With the flat beater for the stand mixer, mix in eggs, cheese, and chives.
- Place parchment paper on sheet pan, then dish out with melon baller.
- Sprinkle cheese on top each ball.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve warm!
