Ingredients
- 2 beef patties
- 2 potato buns
- 2 tablespoons dijonnaise (mayonnaise and dijon mustard mixed)
- 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
- 1 serrano pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Marinade serrano pepper slices in a bowl with the agave nectar and salt for 10 minutes.
- Cook hamburger patties in skillet on medium-high heat, 4-6 minutes per side.
- Toast buns in skillet, cut side down, 1-2 minutes.
- Spread a layer of dijonnaise on bottom of buns. Add beef patty, cheese, and serrano peppers. Serve!
