- 2 slices Pork Belly
- 1/2 cup S2 Pulled Pork
- 5 ounces ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions (greens and whites)
- 4 pieces bamboo shoots
- 1/4 cup seasonal vegetables
- 1 slow-poached egg
