- Stockpot, dutch oven, or slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 26 ounce can of condensed tomato soup
- 26 ounces of milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Brown hamburger in skillet, then drain grease.
- Mix all ingredients in dutch oven, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer for at least 1 hour.
- The longer you simmer, the better the flavor (max: 3 to 4 hours).
