Ingredients
- S2 Pulled Pork
- 4 slices Benton's smoked bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 14 ounces fire-roasted tomatoes, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 15 ounces great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in InstaPot or pressure cooker.
- Use soup/broth setting on InstaPot, or pressure cook, for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate over night so flavors meld.
- Reheat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve!
