Chicken Penne Primavera

- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 diced bell peppers
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup water from cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook penne. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet, cook chicken breasts, then remove and cut into strips.
- Wipe out skillet, then reuse. Heat olive oil, add garlic, peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add worcestershire sauce, cooking water, penne, and chicken. Simmer until hot, stirring occasionally.
- Dish into plates or bowls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Serve!
