Ingredients
- 400 grams water
- 600 grams all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 20 grams honey
Directions
- Combine and mix ingredients by hand, or use stand mixer.
- Rise. Punch down. Place in bread pan. Allow second rise.
- Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
- Rap with knuckles to determine if done (should sound hollow).
- Remove from oven and bread pan, then cool on wire rack.
- Serve warm!
