- Mixing bowl
- Hand mixer
- Optional: smoke infuser
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
- 2 tablespoons dried onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- ~4.5 ounces smoked salmon
Directions
- Combine and mix ingredients.
- Optional: cover bowl with cellophane, hit with smoke infuser for 30 seconds.
- Serve with crackers.
