Ingredients
- 8 ounces jumbo shrimp, peeled
- 2 brioche buns
- 2 leaf lettuce
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- 2 ounces sour cream
- 2 ounces mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 ounces remoulade
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
- Pat shrimp dry. Toast buns in skillet, cut side down.
- Add olive oil to medium-high heated skillet. Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes.
- Combine cooked garlic with mayonnaise and sour cream. Place on bottom bun.
- Add olive oil to medium-high heated skillet. Add shrimp and cook undisturbed until seared on one side, 2-3 minutes.
- Flip shrimp and cook the other side, 1-2 minutes.
- Add cooked shrimp to a mixing bowl with remoulade sauce. Gently stir until coated, then place on bottom bun.
- Top with lettuce and tomato. Bon appetit!
