Ingredients
- 12 ounces gnocchi, precooked
- 2 slices Benton's smoked bacon, chopped
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 ounce peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Add olive oil to medium-heat skillet. Add gnocchi, stirring occasionally until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
- Set gnocchi to the side.
- In medium-heat skillet, add bacon. Once crisp, add 1/3 cup water, cream cheese, and peas. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from burner. Stir in gnocchi and parmesan.
