Ingredients
- 10 ounces ground pork
- 2 potato buns
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, diced
- 1 inch piece ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons black bean sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Place cucumber slices in a food prep bowl, and marinate in sherry vinegar for 10 minutes.
- Mix ground pork, ginger, half the black bean sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into patties.
- Combine mayonnaise and remaining black bean sauce.
- Cook patties in medium skillet for 3-5 minutes per side. Loosely cover with foil while cooking.
- Remove patties from skillet. Toast buns in skillet, cut side down, 1-2 minutes.
- Spread a layer of black bean mayonnaise on bottom of buns. Add beef patty, cucumbers, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
