Ingredients
- 300 grams water
- 480 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 40 grams honey
- 56 grams (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 7 ounces smoked cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2 jalapeños, diced
Directions
- Combine and mix ingredients by hand, or use stand mixer.
- Rise once, punch down, rise again.
- Preheat dutch oven for 30 minutes at 450°F.
- Once preheated, brush interior of dutch oven with olive oil, then add bread mix, and bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover, and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove loaf from dutch oven and cool on wire rack.
- Serve warm!
