Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Directions
- Lower eggs into boiling water and cook for 9 minutes.
- Remove eggs from hot water and peel immediately under running cold water.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.
- In mixing bowl combine yolk, olive oil, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pepper sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix ingredients, then spoon back into egg whites. Top with paprika and chives.
